HOUSING FOR ELDERLY & DISABLED
Catholic Charities provides housing facilities for low-income elderly and disabled/handicapped persons. Housing facilities are affordable subsidized communities. To be eligible, a person must be 62 years of age or older and able to function self-sufficiently, both physically and mentally. The cost is based on 30% of the resident’s annual adjusted gross income as described by Department of HUD guidelines.
*Please note that we are not currently accepting applications for disabled individuals under age 62 due to a change in guidance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Continue to check our website for changes in application requirements in the future.
