Catholic Charities is preparing for their 100th birthday celebration!
In just a few short months we will be celebrating our 100th birthday in serving this community and at this time we are working on collecting as much memorabilia as possible. We are currently working on putting together a Catholic Charities history book, as well as highlighting our history for all to see in the new building. Although we have some records from our past, we are actively seeking pictures, articles, and items that reflect our rich history and wanted to reach out to each of you. If you or someone you know has a past connection with Catholic Charities we would love to get copies of pictures or items (ranging from 1910 to 2010) so that we can add them to our collection.
Rachel Wilkes is going to be collecting all of the information and we would like to review everything that has been made available to us on December 8th from noon to 1. Please contact Rachel Wilkes at rwilkes@ccdofw.org or 817-413-3916 if you have any questions or need information on how to best exchange the information.
We would also appreciate it if you would forward this message on to as many people as you know, so that we can spread the message throughout the community.

Hello Catholic Charities Supporters!
Since 1910, Catholic Charities has been providing services to persons of all ages, religions, and ethnic backgrounds. As a non-profit agency serving primarily families living in poverty, we rely heavily on contributions from friends like you.
It is during the holiday season that we are reminded of our true blessings and begin to pay it forward to those who are less privileged. Last Christmas such contributions helped meet the needs of more than 800 children and their families. This year we invite you to re-join us in helping make a child s Christmas wishes come true.
Many of our programs request contributions that will meet these holiday wishes, as well as continued needs throughout the year. These needs include new clothes, unwrapped toys, gift cards, and food. Below is a list of our programs that will directly benefit from your generous contributions.
* Refugee and Immigration Services
* Healthy Start
* The Assessment Center
* Therapeutic Foster Care
* Lady Hogan Project
* School based Services
* CARE
* Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program
* Pathways
* Clinical Counseling
* HOMES Program
To become involved in our Christmas Program, please contact me no later than November 13th so that I can be sure to get more details to you on how to be involved. This can be a great way to give as a business, a social group, a family, or even as an individual. Your gifts and donations will be distributed directly to children and families in need.
For details you can reach me at 817-413-3926 or christmasangels09@ccdofw.org
Many thanks for your continued support!
